How do Fritz tiles wear over radiant heat?
Fritztile can be installed over radiant heat substrates. The surface temperature of the tile installed should not exceed 85F. Both the FA-88 and the FA1100MP adhesives are suitable for this type of installation. The installation must be done with the system off or at lowest settings. Substrates that are cementitious must have the radiant system run prior to installing the Fritztile to express moisture from the cement. Wait a minimum of 8 hours post installation to resume normal operation of the system.
